SUBMISSIONS PROTOCOL

Anyone with [02 // Signal Analyst] clearance (or higher) may submit evidence or analysis for inclusion in the Archive. Review the following before contributing:

  • Send new transmissions or analyses to mnemonic.714@proton.me. All submissions are individually reviewed for authenticity and relevance.
  • Archive inclusion is not automatic: Only verified content is published. Verified submissions are archived. Non-credible submissions are returned or disregarded.
  • Maintain factual tone. Evidence precedes theory; unsupported claims will be flagged.
  • Tag all speculation with prefix THEORY://. Failure to do so may result in mod.bot intervention.
